Hydraulic Drive System – Provides adjustable torque and speed, allowing precise material processing while protecting against overload.
High Torque Output – Up to 315 kW of motor power in the MSA-H2000 and 355 kW in the MSA-H3000, delivering unmatched cutting force for tough metals.
Overload Protection – Automatic hydraulic pressure regulation prevents jamming and ensures uninterrupted operation.
Heavy-Duty Cutting System – Hardened steel rotor and blades (120×120 mm or 150×150 mm) for extended service life.
Large Rotor Capacity – Effective rotor lengths of 2000 mm and 3000 mm with diameters up to 900 mm, capable of handling oversized scrap without pre-cutting.
Operating Principle
Material Feeding
The feeding box pushes the material toward the knife shaft under the drive of the hydraulic cylinder.
Material Crushing
The material is crushed through the mutual shearing between the moving knives and the fixed knives.
Screen Hole Size Determination
The crushed material is discharged through the screen, and the particle size of the output is determined by the screen holes.
