High Capacity, Low Energy: Our system processes 15-20 tons/hour of tough metals like car shells and 30-40 tons/hour of loose metal scraps, all while consuming significantly less power (960Kw total) compared to competitors' 4500Kw setups.
Enhanced Purity & Value: Through a dual-stage crushing process, our system ensures finer, purer material output, elevating the overall recycling value. The addition of cleaning and drying functions further enhances the purity of the recycled metal, making it more suitable for high-quality remanufacturing.

Separation & Cleaning
Magnetic Separation: A drum magnetic separator extracts iron metals, leaving non-ferrous materials and plastics for further processing.
Eddy Current Separation: The remaining materials pass through an eddy current separator, effectively isolating non-ferrous metals from plastics.
Cleaning & Drying: Non-ferrous metals are then subjected to a high-pressure water wash in a cleaning pool to remove oil and dirt, followed by a drying process, ensuring they are ready for reuse with maximum purity.
