Operating Principle
Hydraulic-driven Material Pushing
The material pushing box is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to convey the materials to the area of the cutter shaft.
Shearing and Crushing by Moving and Fixed Cutters
The materials enter the gap between the moving cutter and the fixed cutter, and are crushed through mutual shearing action.
Particle Size Control and Discharge via Screen
The crushed materials are discharged through the screen, with the particle size determined by the aperture of the screen.
